A Piece of Rice

So today while eating lunch, I saw a man sitting down at a table not to far away and noticed that he was wearing one of those necklaces that have a peice of rice with something written on it in a glass case.  After looking at it over a few glances, something came to my mind.

Think how difficult it would be to write something on a tiny delicate peice of rice...

Think of the precision and care that has to be put into making sure the writing is readable...

If not hand written, how much time and money has gone into the equipment to make the writing on the peice of rice readable...

How much focus is put on that peice of rice, something that we don't often think very highly of, but yet the artist wraps his mind around it, putting his time and expertise into the rice necklace...

In the same way, God has created each and every one of us; something that is so small in this HUGE universe.  He didn't rush the process or forget to think before making his perfect creation, but instead took all of his effort to make something beautiful IN HIS IMAGE

Something that may seem so difficult in our eyes to do, to imagine that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, that an artist, someone much bigger then us that he uses the Earth as HIS FOOTSTOOL, created us, to GLORIFY HIM.

Psalm 139:14  "I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well."
